Sarah Sinclair is the owner of the Simply Fit. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Health (Nutrition & Physical Activity) and is a former Les Mills Trainer and GetRunning Coach.
She understands the challenges of balancing training and managing a healthy lifestyle with family and work. She is an accomplished marathon runner often placing in her age groups and has competed in Figure Competitions too.
Sarah has a passion for helping people enrich their lives with optimal wellbeing, nutrition and fitness.

Nicki is a REPs certified Personal trainer and has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years including being the Assistant Manager of the women's gym at Les Mills, and working in various gyms in East Auckland prior to joining us at Simply Fit.
Nicki is a firm believer in upskilling and has recently achieved a diploma in Life Coaching. She is passionate about women's health, holistic training & rehabilitation work plus functional fitness.
Nicki creates motivational workouts that are educational & fun. She also works with clients to set goals, life planning build focussed personalised development programmes.

Emile is originally from Cape Town in South Africa; after completing his Degree in Sport Science he moved to New Zealand.
With more than 12 years of experience in the Fitness Industry Emile is here to help you create better habits & is a firm believe of "practice what you preach".
His sporting background stretches over 16 years of participating in National Rep level Karate. Representing both South Africa as well as New Zealand.
Achievements include: Junior World Champ (2003), African Champion (2008), Commonwealth Gold Medalist (2011) and New Zealand Open Champion (2013).
Bachelor’s Degree - Sport Science and Psychology
Certificates - Personal Training, Integrated Functional Sport Training, Advanced Posture Analysis, Body Alignment and Muscle Balance.
