The Summer holiday countdown has started. Christmas is just around the corner. Are you feeling body confident?

We have designed a 28 Day ‘Summer Body Challenge’ to whip you into shape just in time for your Summer holiday.

It’s all about getting you looking and feeling your best, and to set you up in good habits that you can continue on after the 28 days.

The only thing is, you must start now. If you leave it any longer, you won’t have enough time to see and feel good progress.

So, what is the ‘Summer Body Challenge’?

It’s a fitness and nutrition programme that we have designed to help you lose weight, tone up feel better about your self, form new habits, and get leaner within 28 days.

 

What does it include?

Every Sunday, for the next four weeks we will be providing you with:

  • A workout to complete 3-4 times a week, at times that suits you - the benefit of belonging to Simply Fit a 24 hour gym.

  • A new 7-day meal plan each week, with a shopping list and recipes for every meal.

  • Some small tasks to help you stay on track.

  • A dedicated Facebook group to keep you motivated and give you support.
     

Who is the challenge for?

It’s for anyone who wants to look and feel better over the Summer. It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to fitness or you’ve been working out for years. I’ll be giving you lots of variations so you can control the intensity of each workout.

 

When does it start?

It starts the 27th November and we only have limited spots available.  But you can start the Monday that works with you.

What does it cost?

It is $28 for 28 days^, paid weekly on the Thursday prior to the week starting via direct debit, after the 28 days you go onto to our popular month to month membership* which is $18 per week with no additional upgrade fees (unless you wish to leave us & not be part of our great gym - then there are no ongoing fees).

* 4 weeks notice to cancel  ^ $28 for 28 Day not available with any other offers and for new Memberships only.  Existing Members wishing to join the 28 Day Challenge will have an additional fee please enquire.
